Riverside Capital identified the need for higher quality student accommodation in targeted university cities. They are investing in renovating sub-standard properties to include shared spaces and new kitchens designed specifically for students.
We worked with them to develop an umbrella name for this new offer – First Place, along with the website and collateral, as it launches in Liverpool and Newcastle. Supported by the line – Student living made better – there are plans to invest in further properties in other university towns and cities across the UK. Drafty corridors, condensation and cockroaches be damned.
